Last Mile Operations Specialist – AMZL East Cairo

About the role

Join Amazon's last‑mile delivery network in East Cairo as an Operations Specialist. You will lead shift activities in fulfillment, sortation, or delivery stations, ensuring customers receive their orders safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage, coach, and train associates to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide real‑time shift information to frontline managers and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve process, 5S, safety, and training issues.
• Analyze data and drive process improvements to solve logistics challenges.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business demands.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
