Last Mile Operations Supervisor

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Last Mile Operations Supervisor to lead a team at one of its delivery stations. In this role you will ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality fulfillment of customer orders while supporting Amazon’s commitment to being Earth’s most customer‑centric company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment by identifying and acting on safety opportunities.
• Manage, train, and motivate associates to meet quality and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and ensure orders are fulfilled according to guidelines.
• Analyze logistics data to solve supply‑chain challenges and drive process improvements.
• Communicate critical shift information to frontline management and operators.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
