Lead Analytics Solution Architect – RFP Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Analytics Solution Architect to own the design and delivery of enterprise‑wide analytics solutions focused on Intelligent Finance Accounts Operations (IFAO) and Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate blends deep analytics expertise with strong leadership and client‑engagement skills to drive AI/ML‑enabled finance and operations outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, delivery and go‑to‑market teams to craft technically sound, compelling RFP responses.
• Lead the architecture of scalable, secure, high‑performance analytics platforms tailored to IFAO processes such as cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Integrate AI/ML use cases—including financial forecasting, spend analytics, inventory optimization and operational risk analytics—into solution designs.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, data‑governance policies and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the technical authority for IFAO analytics in client engagements and mentor junior architects.

Required profile

• 12+ years designing and delivering enterprise analytics solutions.
• Proven experience with IFAO, O2C, P2P, R2R and FP&A domains.
• Strong background in responding to RFPs and supporting go‑to‑market strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Power BI for enterprise reporting and dashboarding.
• Azure Synapse, Azure Machine Learning and Azure Data Factory.
• ERP systems – SAP preferred, also Oracle and Dynamics 365.
• ETL processes, data modelling, data integration and data governance.
• AI/ML concepts applied to finance and operations.
