Lead Generator

About the role

The Lead Generator will identify and develop potential business opportunities for Braxtone’s Insurance Advisory Division across the GCC and wider markets. The role involves researching prospective clients, contacting key decision‑makers and securing qualified meetings for the advisory team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients such as insurance companies, brokers, reinsurers, investors and related organisations.
• Identify senior decision‑makers (CEOs, MDs, COOs, CFOs, Heads of Strategy, etc.) and maintain an accurate prospect database.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, industry directories, events, referrals, email and direct outreach.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, opportunity potential and relevance to Braxtone’s services.
• Secure introductory meetings between qualified prospects and the Advisory team and maintain an active pipeline.
• Monitor insurance‑market developments to spot restructuring, run‑off, market‑entry or operational advisory needs.
• Coordinate with the Advisory Manager on priority markets, target accounts and business‑development campaigns.
• Maintain records of leads, communications and opportunity status; prepare regular pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in lead generation, business development, B2B sales support or market research.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, professional services or consulting is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of the GCC business environment and insurance sector is an advantage.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional prospecting and research tools.
