Lead Qualification & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Lead Qualification & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the alignment between marketing and sales by managing incoming leads, qualifying business opportunities, and assisting with marketing campaign activities.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with new leads generated from marketing campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects based on company profile, business needs, budget, timeline, and technical requirements.
• Schedule discovery calls and ensure qualified opportunities are transferred to the sales team with complete qualification notes.
• Maintain and update lead records, activities, and pipeline stages in the CRM system.
• Support the setup, tracking, and monitoring of digital and event marketing campaigns.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and prospect insights to improve future marketing activities.
• Assist in organizing lead lists, outreach templates, and marketing materials for prospect follow‑up.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B lead qualification, lead generation, marketing coordination, or sales support.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with corporate decision‑makers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
• Basic understanding of B2B technology solutions, hardware products, or IT services is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
