Lean Six Sigma Engineer

About the role
We are seeking a passionate Lean Six Sigma Engineer to strengthen our Steel Structure Manufacturing team at ESACO Factory. You will drive process improvement initiatives, enhance operational excellence, and support quality management across production lines.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and increase productivity.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize work procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to senior management.
Required profile
- B.Sc. in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in steel structures.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
