Learning and Development Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's ETIC (Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre) in Cairo is looking for a Learning and Development Senior Associate to manage L&D managed services engagements for clients in the GCC. The role leads teams delivering L&D services across the full L&D lifecycle, from strategy and needs analysis through to training delivery, vendor and technology management, analytics and budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate transitions from clients to PwC, upskill the team on workflows and technologies, and manage day-to-day delivery of L&D engagements
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of L&D activities and complete quality reviews against policies, procedures and compliance standards
• Hold accountability for KPI/SLA compliance, monitor team performance and coach team members
• Communicate with clients, manage risks and escalations with client and project leadership, and build relationships across PwC teams
• Drive continuous improvement by developing ideas, implementing best practices and new technologies, and leading quality improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in education, HR-related field, business management/administration or equivalent
• L&D-related certifications are advantageous
• 4-7 years of managerial experience
• Experience with a large portfolio of people, process and technology, preferably serving Middle East or GCC staff
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic

Required skills

• Knowledge of LMS systems and e-learning tools
• L&D lifecycle management: training needs analysis, learning paths and curriculum design, training delivery, program management
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English, attention to detail and problem-solving
