Learning & Development Specialist (German Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who is fluent in German and English to support L&D activities for our German operations. You will act as the bridge between local stakeholders and the global HR team, ensuring that training, onboarding and mandatory learning processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate L&D initiatives for Germany in line with local business needs.
• Capture, align and support L&D requirements together with HR and business partners.
• Plan, schedule and implement training measures, acting as the main point of contact for external training providers.
• Administer and maintain HR and learning tools, guaranteeing data accuracy and providing day‑to‑day system support.
• Set up, monitor and report on mandatory trainings, tracking completion rates and delivering status updates.
• Maintain HR‑related intranet pages to ensure transparent communication for employees.
• Support onboarding by coordinating learning activities for new hires.

Required profile

• Initial to solid experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience with HR or learning systems.
• Fluent spoken and written German and English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with German stakeholders remotely.
• Proactive, service‑oriented communication style in an international environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
