Learning & Development Trainer – Cairo

About the role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Trainer to join its Cairo team. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a strong learning culture across retail locations, delivering engaging training that aligns with the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive training sessions tailored to diverse audiences across multiple locations.
• Act as a cultural ambassador, influencing employee experience through high‑impact delivery.
• Collaborate with the Retail Academy and L&D teams to ensure consistency and alignment of training content.
• Monitor participant engagement, gather feedback, and continuously improve learning outcomes.
• Adapt training methods for both in‑market and virtual learning environments.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 2–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or facilitation.
• Solid understanding of instructional design fundamentals.
• Committed, outgoing, assertive, well‑spoken with strong leadership qualities.
• Preferably experienced in retail or hospitality sectors.
