Learning Programs Coordinator – Transportation Field L&D

About the role

The Learning Programs Coordinator partners with the Regional Learning Programs Manager and site leadership to plan, execute, and monitor training initiatives for transportation field operations. This role ensures compliance, tracks effectiveness, and supports continuous improvement of learning programs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all training‑related programs across sites.
• Create and design training assets using appropriate software tools.
• Maintain safety‑training compliance and accurate record‑keeping.
• Identify, train, and develop ambassadors or trainers for on‑the‑job coaching.
• Track performance metrics such as learning curves and quality, and implement improvement actions.
• Drive learning audits and support operational initiatives.
• Manage the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of training tickets.
• Partner with managers to assess training effectiveness and adjust programs.
• Support labor planning, new‑hire onboarding, and cross‑training events.
• Document feedback, analyze data, and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Experience in training delivery, performance management, and coaching.

Required skills

• Proficiency with training documentation tools.
• Ability to analyze training effectiveness data.
• Experience managing ticketing or workflow systems.
