Leasing Specialist for Cloud Kitchen Expansion

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Leasing Specialist to join Takery’s Cloud Kitchen team in New Cairo. The role focuses on acquiring new restaurant brands, negotiating leasing agreements and supporting the company’s expansion across the food‑service sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential restaurant brands for inclusion in the cloud kitchen network.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
• Negotiate commercial terms and leasing agreements with restaurant owners and partners.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing business partners.
• Achieve monthly leasing targets and generate regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in leasing, business development, sales or account management.
• Experience in cloud kitchens, F&B, commercial leasing or real estate is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Own a car (optional).
