Legal Associate - Corporate Governance

About the role
We are seeking a motivated mid‑level Legal Associate to join our corporate governance team in Egypt. The role involves providing independent legal advice, handling multiple matters simultaneously, and supporting senior partners in delivering high‑quality governance services.
Key responsibilities
- Handle multiple legal matters simultaneously and independently.
- Advise on corporate governance‑related issues.
- Draft, review, and ratify minutes of Board of Directors, EGSM and OGSM meetings.
- Represent clients before governmental entities such as GAFI, MCDR, and FRA.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Managing Partners.
Required profile
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant legal experience in Egypt.
- Experience in corporate governance and advisory work.
- Admission to the Egyptian Bar Association.
- Ability to produce bilingual legal documents in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication, time‑management, research, analytical and writing abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to support a broad range of legal issues.
- Commercial focus with intellectual curiosity and solid technical expertise.
Required skills
- Corporate governance advisory.
- Legal drafting in English and Arabic.
- Representation before governmental entities (GAFI, MCDR, FRA).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
