Legal & Compliance Senior Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager, Legal & Compliance will lead end‑to‑end legal and compliance support for Froneri Egypt, partnering with the Country Manager and senior leadership to identify, assess and mitigate legal, regulatory and compliance risks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a 3‑year Legal & Compliance strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic, commercially focused advice on commercial contracts, regulatory matters, data protection, intellectual property, corporate governance and competition law.
• Act as the primary liaison with Froneri Group Legal & Compliance, ensuring country‑level implementation of group standards, policies and frameworks.
• Embed a culture of integrity, transparency, accountability and compliance across all operations.
• Monitor, report and remediate governance and compliance issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in legal and compliance functions within a multinational consumer‑goods or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian commercial law, regulatory frameworks, data‑protection and competition law.
• Ability to serve as a trusted business partner to senior management.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; legal degree and relevant professional qualification preferred.
