Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will support NCR Atleos’ field services and major customer accounts in Egypt by managing end‑to‑end logistics operations. The role ensures timely inbound shipments, accurate inventory handling, and efficient order administration while maintaining compliance with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound international shipments, validate invoices, process dock‑to‑stock, map bins in CIMS and resolve discrepancies with distribution centres and couriers.
• Generate and administer parts orders using TSRP reports and CIMS, handling system issues, procurement approvals and execution.
• Perform daily replenishment for Customer Engineers and Forward Stocking Locations, including stock analysis, transaction creation, shipment coordination and defect returns.
• Oversee parts posting, validate repairable and non‑repairable items, monitor in‑transit shipments and escalations.
• Run Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes, inspect returns, update systems and arrange shipments to repair centres.
• Reconcile backorders, coordinate delivery timelines with regional teams and optimise inventory through excess stock analysis.
• Conduct LOCA analysis, manage urgent service orders and ensure timely resolution via escalation.
• Perform financial reconciliation against general ledger, support audit activities and produce weekly performance reports.
• Provide logistics support during weekends and public holidays as required.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in inventory management, order processing and supplier coordination.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics systems CIMS and TSRP.
