Logistics Manager – Dental Industry

About the role

GPS International Dental Company is seeking a proactive Logistics Manager to oversee end‑to‑end logistics and supply‑chain operations for its premium dental laboratory and digital smile design business. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective movement of materials and finished products across domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all logistics and supply‑chain activities.
• Manage domestic and international shipments, working with freight forwarders, customs brokers and couriers.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Sales and Finance to maintain optimal stock.
• Develop and improve logistics processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.
• Track shipments, resolve transportation issues and communicate updates.
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements.
• Prepare logistics reports, analyse KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Lead, supervise and develop the logistics team.
• Visit suppliers, logistics partners, warehouses and company branches as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in a logistics or supply‑chain leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures and supply‑chain operations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication, negotiation and team‑leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
