Logistics Specialist – E‑commerce Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to support and optimise our e‑commerce supply chain. The role ensures smooth product flow from suppliers to customers while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations, including order fulfillment, inventory movement and shipment coordination.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to guarantee accurate picking, packing and dispatch of orders.
• Liaise with courier partners to schedule deliveries and manage shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Analyse logistics KPIs and propose improvements to increase speed and reduce costs.
• Support inbound logistics, including receiving goods, quality checks and storage organisation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational policies and product‑handling procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination or supply‑chain operations (e‑commerce or retail background a plus).
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach.
• Familiarity with shipping processes, logistics documentation and courier coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software or ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
