Logistics Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations for our fast‑growing e‑commerce platform. The role combines hands‑on order fulfillment with people management and performance reporting to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities, including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
• Ensure shipment accuracy and maintain supporting documentation.
• Track, measure, and report departmental KPIs and overall effectiveness.
• Train, plan, and assign work to team members while addressing performance issues.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Stay updated on logistics technology and implement improvements.
• Analyze data to identify solutions and resolve operational problems.
• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external partners.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics and inventory management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of local transportation systems, truckload and line‑haul operations, and small‑parcel carriers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.
