Logistics Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Team Leader to manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods, accurate inventory control and seamless coordination across warehouse, procurement and transportation teams. The role involves supervising a logistics team, optimizing workflows and maintaining compliance with logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Coordinate shipments, inventory management and logistics documentation to guarantee accuracy and timely execution.
• Resolve logistics issues and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to sustain operational efficiency.
• Monitor team performance, implement logistics procedures and drive continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
