Maintenance Associate Analyst – UK Manufacturing Sites

About the role

The Maintenance Associate Analyst will lead and coordinate the maintenance planning and scheduling function across UK manufacturing sites. The role ensures that preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities are optimised to maximise equipment reliability, technical availability and production continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance master‑plans for each site, covering all maintenance strategies.
• Monitor and report on key KPIs such as schedule compliance, PM completion rate and maintenance backlog.
• Coordinate with site maintenance, reliability and production teams to align plans with operational priorities.
• Support system improvements, standardisation and digital transformation initiatives within the planning function.
• Analyse KPI trends, provide insights and drive continuous‑improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
• Mentor and develop the team of maintenance schedulers, building technical and planning capabilities.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical ability to track, interpret and act on performance data.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with site teams, business unit stakeholders and global services.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring and developing junior planners.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
