Maintenance Electrical Engineer

About the role

Unipro for Contracting & Trading Co. is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Electrical Engineer to join its on‑site team in Kafr El Dawar. The engineer will ensure the reliable operation of MEP electrical systems through proactive maintenance, rapid fault diagnosis, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on electrical panels, motors, drives, and control systems.
• Inspect equipment, update maintenance logs, and monitor system performance against safety and electrical standards.
• Coordinate with technicians to resolve faults quickly and minimise downtime.
• Review and follow maintenance schedules, and support installation and commissioning activities as needed.
• Recommend upgrades and energy‑efficiency measures to enhance system reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance within construction, industrial, or MEP contracting environments.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and capacity to prioritize tasks on a fast‑paced site.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with technicians, engineers, and site management.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kafr El Dawar and, when required, outside standard hours.
