Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our textile production team. You will be responsible for keeping our machinery running smoothly, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on textile production machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns to reduce production interruptions.
• Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Execute maintenance plans in coordination with the production team.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with spare‑parts stores to guarantee availability of critical components.
• Provide emergency maintenance support as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in the textile manufacturing industry (preferred).
• Good knowledge of textile machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
