Management Consultant

About the role

As a Management Consultant you will shape how clients think about transformation, guiding senior stakeholders before, during and after delivery. You will translate complex problems into clear, actionable plans and support clients throughout the change journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops from preparation to debrief.
• Define transformation roadmaps, working models and governance structures based on diagnostics.
• Prepare and present recommendations to senior client stakeholders, including steering committees.
• Steer scope discussions, translating ambiguous client needs into clear commercial and delivery scope.
• Write proposals, business cases and executive‑facing deliverables with precision.
• Collaborate with project managers and technology teams to ensure delivery aligns with the consulting diagnosis.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, digital strategy or transformation advisory.
• Strong facilitation and workshop skills, capable of leading rooms of senior executives.
• Proven ability to write and present structured recommendations at C‑suite level.
• Experience in MarCom, marketing operations, CRM or digital transformation is strongly preferred.
• Commercial instinct and understanding of how consulting work is sold and expanded.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous briefs and turn them into structured, sellable scope.
