LEODEN is seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Managing Director to lead, transform, and scale our operations in Egypt. Based in the prestigious Zamalek district of Cairo, you will hold full P&L responsibility, driving sustainable revenue growth and reinforcing our market leadership through strategic excellence and operational performance.

Missions principales

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a robust growth strategy aligned with LEODEN's global vision and long-term objectives.
• Revenue & Portfolio Growth: Drive top-line expansion, lead client acquisition initiatives, and diversify the service portfolio to capture new market segments.
• Financial Stewardship: Full P&L management, ensuring high profitability, strict cost discipline, and long-term financial sustainability.
• Market Expansion: Identify and exploit emerging business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and regional growth drivers.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen and nurture high-level relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure total adherence to local Egyptian regulations and international corporate governance standards.

Profil recherché

• Minimum of 20 years of professional experience with a proven track record of career progression.
• At least 6 to 8 years in a Managing Director or senior executive leadership role.
• Mandatory: Extensive experience within a regional marketing or advertising agency.
• Strongly preferred: Exposure to global agencies or international market dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, business expansion, and organizational transformation.
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian and regional market landscapes.
