Marketing Campaign Manager

About the role

Alorica is seeking a driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join its Global Marketing team. In this role you will lead demand‑generation initiatives that create new sales pipeline and deepen engagement with target accounts across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create unique selling propositions that address buyer pain points, emerging technologies, and client value.
• Partner with internal teams to research industry sectors, organizations, and personas, producing targeted messaging and customized collateral for the sales cycle.
• Develop and launch multi‑channel awareness, demand‑gen, and ABM campaigns, handling strategy, asset creation, and project management.
• Design and execute multi‑touch marketing plans (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) to accelerate deals and meet revenue goals.
• Adopt an experimental mindset: test, learn, and optimize campaigns using data‑driven insights.
• Build strong relationships with sales and account management, ensuring alignment of selling propositions, brand compliance, and consistent messaging.
• Measure and report campaign ROI to support overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing operations to maintain high‑performance campaign tools and integrations.

Required profile

• B.A. degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in services or technology.
• Proven success with account‑based marketing, vertical campaigns, or pipeline growth.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns using digital tactics, events, email, and content creation.
• Excellent written communication and ability to repurpose sales and marketing copy.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate business drivers to senior decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across sales, product, and creative teams.
• Highly organized and efficient.
