Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive works closely with the Marketing and Sales Manager to translate market intelligence into high‑impact campaigns that boost brand equity and passenger engagement in the transportation sector. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring the company remains the preferred choice for travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline media to maintain consistent brand visibility.
• Update website content and manage social media channels to grow the online community.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, including copy, visuals, and presentations, to support business development.
• Collaborate with market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Monitor real‑time campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data‑driven optimization recommendations.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Liaise with Sales, Product, and Design teams to align marketing initiatives with operational goals.
• Promote a positive safety culture and comply with RDMC RQHSE policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Digital Marketing certification preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal); French is an advantage.
• 1‑3 years of progressive experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in a fast‑paced service or logistics environment.
• Ability to think like a passenger and translate insights into actionable tasks.

Required skills

• Experience using SEO/SEM tools.
• Competence in social media management suites.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities to generate consumer insights.
