Marketing Lead

About the role

The Marketing Lead will own the mall’s digital ecosystem, driving brand presence, customer engagement and growth across all online channels. This senior position requires a strategic mindset, deep digital‑marketing expertise and hands‑on experience managing platforms, campaigns and creative production.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee digital products including website, mobile app and loyalty program; optimise UX/UI, customer journeys and tenant content.
• Lead performance‑marketing and media‑buying initiatives on Meta, Google and other ad platforms; manage budgets, audience segmentation and ROI reporting.
• Develop and execute content strategy for social, web, app and short‑form video; ensure consistent brand voice.
• Direct photo and video shoots, influencer collaborations and creative production for mall and tenant campaigns.
• Build dashboards, track KPIs, analyse data and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in digital marketing, preferably within retail or shopping‑center environments.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into digital initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills to coordinate with marketing, operations, leasing and external agencies.
