Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, lead campaigns, and launch new products for our expanding consumer health and nutrition portfolio across Egypt and the GCC. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies and growth plans for existing and new brands.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, promotions, and key selling propositions.
• Plan and execute digital, retail, pharmacy, e‑commerce, and trade‑marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, sales growth, and market share.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, E‑commerce, Design, agencies and external partners to support campaigns and product launches.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, consumer insight tracking, and category opportunity assessments.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Background in food, dietary supplements, health products, personal care, FMCG, nutrition or consumer healthcare.
• Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, campaign execution, market research and product launch.
• Good understanding of retail, pharmacy, e‑commerce and distributor sales channels.
• Excellent Arabic communication skills and solid English for content, reporting and presentations.
