Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for assigned automotive brands and business lines. This role drives brand growth, customer acquisition, and business performance through integrated marketing initiatives while aligning with corporate objectives and OEM requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy in line with business objectives and OEM plans.
• Plan, launch, and optimise integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR, media, events and experiential channels.
• Oversee new vehicle, product and service launches, ensuring cross‑functional coordination.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints and ensure compliance with OEM standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the marketing team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Manage relationships with OEM marketing teams, agencies, media partners and other external stakeholders.
• Create and control the annual marketing budget, maximising ROI.
• Monitor performance using KPIs, market insights and customer data to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Digital, CRM, Customer Experience, Finance and Procurement to support commercial goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3‑5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred; FMCG, retail, luxury or consumer brands are also valuable.
• Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive growth.
