Marketing Manager

About the role

Palm Outsourcing is seeking a Marketing Manager to build a brand‑new marketing function for a UK‑based provider of push‑to‑talk‑over‑cellular and workforce management technology. This is a hands‑on, independent role where you will create and execute content, social, email and paid campaigns that generate inbound leads and support the commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run content marketing across blogs, case studies and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Own the LinkedIn presence, posting strategy and company page management.
• Launch and grow a newsletter programme from scratch.
• Design, execute and optimise email nurture and outbound outreach campaigns.
• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns within budget to drive inbound leads.
• Partner closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with commercial priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on B2B marketing experience, preferably in early‑stage or build‑from‑scratch environments.
• Proven ability to create content and manage social media, especially LinkedIn.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, list building and campaign execution.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal existing infrastructure.
• Capability to own full‑funnel strategy and execution across multiple channels.
