About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate local brands. This role drives multi‑channel campaigns, digital presence, and partnership programs to boost brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand values.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social media, events, PR and influencer collaborations.
• Partner with local brands to create joint promotions that showcase their unique stories.
• Oversee the company’s digital assets, including website, social channels and email marketing.
• Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Google Ads.
• Analyze performance data to refine tactics and maximize ROI.
• Lead content creation to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences.
• Collaborate with sales, merchandising and operations to align marketing with business objectives.
• Control marketing budgets, vendor relationships and external agencies.
• Stay current on industry trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in fashion retail or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of successful campaign planning and execution.
• Strong communication, creativity and project‑management abilities.
• Passion for local fashion, culture and sustainability.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English, spoken and written.
