Marketing Manager – Lead Integrated Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive sustainable growth and strengthen our brand position in the Egyptian market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans, analysing market trends, competitors and target customer segments.
• Design and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, SEO, email) and field channels (exhibitions, seminars, events).
• Manage digital assets, website content and digital identity while monitoring performance with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
• Oversee the creation of printed materials such as catalogs, brochures and billboards.
• Coordinate with sales, design, distribution and customer service teams to ensure message consistency and support sales initiatives.
• Supervise marketing, design and coordination teams, aligning their work with sales objectives.
• Monitor marketing budget, KPIs and loyalty programmes, preparing monthly/quarterly ROI reports and recommending adjustments.
• Conduct field visits, train staff on modern tools and support the sales team with promotional offers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic, digital and traditional marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance.
• Excellent coordination and team‑leadership abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal departments and external partners.
