Marketing Specialist – Digital & Traditional Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead both digital and traditional marketing initiatives for Bosch Group in Al Matar. The role will combine creative campaign planning with data‑driven optimisation to boost brand awareness and drive revenue. You will collaborate with designers, content creators and external vendors to ensure brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital strategies across social media, email, website and paid advertising.
• Create and manage content for blogs, newsletters and social platforms.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Plan and implement offline campaigns such as print ads, brochures, flyers and event participation.
• Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows and in‑store promotions.
• Design integrated campaigns ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Track ROI and prepare performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
• Preferable graphic design skills.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
