Marketing Specialist (Renewable Energy Startup)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our renewable‑energy startup and help communicate our solar‑powered water solutions to a wide audience. You will create engaging content, manage digital campaigns and support the growth of our brand across Egypt and Sub‑Saharan Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging content that simplifies complex solar and water solutions for diverse audiences.
• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, brochures, presentations and newsletters.
• Plan, execute and monitor multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email, social media, paid advertising).
• Manage the company website, social media platforms and overall online presence while maintaining brand consistency.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights and new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with agencies, freelancers and vendors.
• Support the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or campaign management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance and optimizing strategies.
