Master Data Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Master Data Senior Specialist to lead SAP master data management for our supply chain operations in Egypt. The role ensures high‑quality, accurate, and standardized data across the product lifecycle, supporting business performance and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain SAP master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Manage the full material lifecycle, including creation, extension and deletion flags.
• Define and enforce data governance rules, monitor data quality KPIs and conduct regular audits.
• Handle Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and coordinate product updates across lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics teams to synchronize data.
• Improve SAP master data workflows, support enhancements, rollouts and integration across MM, PP and SD modules.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Tableau, tracking data quality and operational metrics.
• Act as SAP key user, providing training, documentation and support to end‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain or Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management or SAP Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Material Master (MM) and preferably Production Planning (PP).
• Proven experience in data governance and change management (ECR).
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
