Math Teacher - Secondary Stage (National Curriculum)

About the role

Madinaty Integrated Language School is hiring a Math Teacher for the Secondary stage, specialising in the National Curriculum. The teacher plays a key role in developing students' mathematical understanding, analytical thinking, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, within a stimulating, engaging and supportive learning environment. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured mathematics lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for the Secondary stage.
• Create a positive and challenging classroom environment that encourages active participation and academic achievement.
• Apply effective teaching strategies and educational technology to meet students' diverse learning needs.
• Develop students' analytical thinking, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills through engaging learning activities.
• Assess student progress and give timely, constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for school assessments and national examinations while maintaining high academic standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues, communicate professionally with parents and contribute to school activities and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience in Mathematics at the Secondary stage.
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian National Curriculum.
• Good classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop students' analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.
