About the role
Aswaq Developments is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead commercial and mall project sales. The role focuses on driving revenue, managing client relationships, and delivering on sales targets for premium real‑estate developments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial mall projects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real‑estate sector.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure contract compliance.
- Coordinate with development teams to align sales efforts with project timelines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust tactics.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of proven experience in real‑estate development companies.
- Strong background in commercial and mall projects.
- Previous experience in sales management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
