About the role

The Little Flock Foundation for Development is seeking a full‑time Director to lead its Rehabilitation and Inclusion Centers for people with special needs in Cairo. The role focuses on overseeing centre operations, developing programs, and ensuring high‑quality services that promote social integration.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic goals and monitor performance of rehabilitation centers.
• Design and implement inclusive initiatives that support the integration of individuals with special needs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organisations, stakeholders, and local authorities.
• Supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
• Track program effectiveness through data collection and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing rehabilitation or inclusion centres, including program development and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, organisational and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience in project management and execution of inclusive social‑development initiatives.
• Ability to forge partnerships with community organisations and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the challenges and needs of individuals with special needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in administrative and report‑writing tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Services or related field (master’s degree a plus).
• Previous experience in nonprofit organisations is preferred.
