About the role

The Factory Manager (Detergents) will lead all manufacturing activities at our Badr City plant, overseeing the process from raw material receipt to finished‑goods dispatch. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production schedules to achieve volume, quality and safety goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, supply‑chain and warehousing teams to minimise downtime.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Enforce GMP, HSE and hygiene standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Control production budgets, manage costs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Support new product and process trials and oversee their scale‑up.

Required profile

• Proven record in plant and operations management within detergents, chemicals or FMCG manufacturing.
• Experience in production planning, capacity planning and scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Strong focus on quality, safety and environmental compliance (GMP, HACCP, HSE).
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data and KPIs for decision‑making.
