MEA C&SP Project Manager

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned MEA C&SP Project Manager to lead large‑scale customer projects in New Cairo, Egypt. You will be responsible for delivering complex, multi‑business initiatives that combine software, services, and sustainability solutions while ensuring compliance with company processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the project strategy from initiation to closure, aligning with the Customer Project Process (CPP).
• Organise and manage cross‑functional project teams and external suppliers, monitoring scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and the customer to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Protect Schneider Electric’s contractual interests and manage risk, opportunity, and KPI reporting.
• Drive profitability by overseeing sales, margin, and cash flow for the project.
• Identify and capture additional business opportunities, especially in digital and service domains.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, high‑risk projects with multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under complex contractual and organisational environments.
