About the role
We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support our manufacturing operations. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to develop hands‑on experience in machine maintenance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production line equipment.
- Support troubleshooting of mechanical issues to minimise downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance tasks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Recent graduate or less than 1 year of professional experience.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
