Join High Art - (El Handaseya For Architecture & Decoration) as a Mechanical Engineer to play a key role in our high-end architectural and decoration projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical excellence and seamless integration of mechanical systems within complex building designs.

Missions principales

• Analyze and review comprehensive project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and RFIs to ensure full compliance.
• Perform advanced technical calculations for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, including load and energy analysis.
• Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) to ensure perfect workflow integration and avoid onsite conflicts.
• Oversee onsite progress through regular visits to monitor the quality and compliance of mechanical installations.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of mechanical systems, from installation and testing to final commissioning.
• Produce accurate as-built drawings to maintain precise project records for final delivery.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in mechanical engineering, specifically within the building services (MEP) sector.
• Strong ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional coordination skills to work effectively with various engineering trades.
• Rigorous attention to detail regarding technical standards and quality control.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage onsite technical challenges.

Competences requises

• Expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system design and calculation.
• Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar MEP tools).
• Deep understanding of load analysis and energy efficiency standards.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning and testing procedures.
