About the role

Major For Construction and Decoration is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to support its diverse construction portfolio, which includes hospitals, banks, industrial and commercial projects. The role focuses on delivering accurate shop drawings, managing invoices, and ensuring the mechanical engineering aspects of projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and review detailed shop drawings for mechanical systems.
• Prepare and verify invoices related to mechanical works.
• Oversee mechanical engineering project execution and coordinate with site teams.
• Manage engineering documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct quantity surveying to support cost control and budgeting.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in a mechanical technical office role within construction firms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.
• Proven experience on construction projects, especially in the mechanical discipline.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail.
