About the role
Innovaxcess is hiring a Medical Audit Specialist to audit pharmacies for compliance with AstraZeneca's medication dispensing procedures and to support internal audits within Innovaxcess. This is a healthcare compliance role, not a financial or accounting audit position, and a medical, pharmacy or science background is required.
Key responsibilities
- Audit pharmacies across Giza to verify correct dispensing, storage and documentation of AstraZeneca medications.
- Identify and document non-conformances and write clear, professional audit reports.
- Conduct internal audits within Innovaxcess.
- Communicate findings professionally to pharmacies and management.
- Split time between field visits in Giza and office work in Nasr City.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or a related science field (required).
- Strong English, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- High integrity and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable with a hybrid schedule combining field audits and office work, and flexible with audit visits across Giza.
