Medical Information Agent – Pharmacy & Medical Background

About the role

The Medical Information Center is looking for a dedicated professional to join its team in Heliopolis, Cairo. In this role you will act as a bridge between patients, healthcare providers, and the organization, ensuring that accurate medical information is communicated promptly. You will contribute to the overall quality of patient care while supporting the centre’s commitment to operational excellence and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming medical communications and respond to patient inquiries with accurate information.
• Liaise with pharmacists, doctors, and other medical professionals to verify and clarify data.
• Support the centre’s goal of delivering exceptional client experiences through timely and reliable information.
• Document interactions and maintain records in accordance with privacy and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, especially in medical contexts.
• Solid understanding of pharmacy practices, principles, and terminology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is a plus.
