Medical Information Center – Pharmacy Graduate (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for recent pharmacy or science graduates to join our Medical Information Center in Cairo. You will be a key member of our clinic, ensuring that patients receive reliable information and that our team upholds the highest standards of medical communication.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate medical information.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals to verify and relay information.
• Maintain records of communications and ensure compliance with privacy standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary data.
• Update the knowledge base with the latest medical guidelines.
• Assist in improving client experience through timely and clear information delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
• Interest in healthcare and patient safety.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
