Medical Information Center Professional & Client Experience Agent (Pharmacy Graduates)

About the role

We are looking for recent pharmacy or medical science graduates to join our Medical Information Center in Cairo. The role combines handling patient inquiries, providing accurate medical information, and supporting a high‑quality client experience within our clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient and professional inquiries through phone, email or in‑person channels.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and other healthcare providers to verify and relay medical information.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist the client‑experience team in delivering consistent, courteous service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
• Interest in transitioning to a medical administrative or client‑experience position.

Required skills

• Understanding of pharmacy practices and principles.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
