Medical Information Specialist – Aesthetic Services

About the role

We are looking for a Medical Information Services professional to deliver accurate, evidence‑based information about our aesthetic and medical treatments to clients, staff and other stakeholders. The role supports informed consent, patient education and ensures that all communications align with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to medical inquiries from clients, front‑line staff and external parties in clear, accessible language.
• Explain treatment options, procedures and after‑care protocols, supporting informed decision‑making.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to update educational materials and ensure consistency with clinical guidelines.
• Document all information requests and interactions in accordance with quality‑assurance procedures.
• Train front‑line personnel on medical communication best practices and contribute to patient‑education campaigns.

Required profile

• Degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing or a related health‑science field (highly beneficial).
• Strong knowledge of medical affairs, clinical practices and aesthetic treatment guidelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Commitment to ethical standards, patient confidentiality and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.
