Medical Marketing Associate

About the role

The Medical Marketing Associate will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for CHG hospitals and clinics, helping to increase patient awareness and volume across assigned medical specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans aligned with CHG’s overall objectives.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing activities, including creation of promotional materials, patient education tools, and digital content.
• Support patient engagement campaigns, market and competitor research, and analysis of patient experience insights.
• Help organize medical events, conferences, community health awareness activities, and new service launches.
• Prepare performance reports and track key metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, or a related medical field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Familiarity with hospital or clinic marketing operations is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
