Medical Representative – Cairo

About the role

Jamjoom is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical and medical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals across Cairo. You will act as the primary link between the company and healthcare professionals, delivering product knowledge and supporting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit healthcare facilities regularly to present product information and address queries.
• Provide complete product knowledge, including usage, dosage, and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity, and report to internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Attend seminars, workshops, and industry events to expand professional networks.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance using CRM software.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine.
• Completed military or governmental obligations.
• Resident in Giza.
• 0‑2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities with healthcare professionals.
