Medical Science Liaison – Oncology

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (Oncology) will act as a scientific bridge between Johnson & Johnson and leading oncology specialists in Egypt. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality scientific communication, supporting product value, and fostering trusted relationships with key opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Stay up‑to‑date with medical and scientific knowledge in oncology.
• Continuously update knowledge of company products, patient treatment trends, and clinical studies within the therapeutic area.
• Develop and maintain a network of leading specialists, including physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, and scientific society board members.
• Understand the needs, value drivers, and practical treatment patterns of the audience.
• Communicate the value of company products, including formulary discussions, on a peer‑to‑peer basis.
• Champion scientific interactions that support short‑term and long‑term company goals.

Required profile

• Therapeutic‑area scientific expertise in oncology.
• Proven ability to discuss products, treatment trends, and studies with leading specialists.
• Strong understanding of scientific activities and treatment patterns in the region.
• Trusted scientific counterpart capable of building credible relationships.
